Job Description :-

1. Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices
2. Experience of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD)
3. Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
4. Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation

Must Have Experience;-

1. Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices
2. Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD)
3. Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
4. Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
5. Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
6. Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server
7. Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance
8. Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.
9. Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
10. Experience of custom applications development
11. Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation
12. Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation

Good to have Experience :-

1) Experience in working on Performance Analytics
2) Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
3) Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
4) Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
5) Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
6) Should Have Good experience with ServiceNow required
7) Should Have Good experience with IT Industry required

Academic and Professional Experience

Professional:-

1. Should have good experience with ServiceNow required
2. Should have experience with IT Industry required

Academics :-

1. Certified System Admin
2. CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping
3. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
