  • Transform map, ETL Transform map, Data Source configuration.
  • familiar with CSDM framework
  • Workflow and Flow Designer
  • Integration hub
  • REST API/Scripted REST API Integration
  • Virtual Agent
  • Performance Analytics
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Design & Implementation of ServiceNow TSM , Order Management, Dispatch Management.
  • GitHub Integration
  • Have telecom Industry knowledge and Customer Data Models
  • Assess and identify customer impact.
  • Familiar with SDLC
  • Understand Out of box customizations in TSM ServiceNow
  • Change Management, Release Management and Service level Management.
  • Development of custom applications in ServiceNow.
  • Service Catalog & Service Portal implementation, configuration and customization.
  • Inventory Management
  • modify policy and compliance workflow, mapping citations, authority documents, customizing control attestation flow.
  • Rich experience in ServiceNow version upgradation
  • Agile and Test Management Implementation
