- Transform map, ETL Transform map, Data Source configuration.
- familiar with CSDM framework
- Workflow and Flow Designer
- Integration hub
- REST API/Scripted REST API Integration
- Virtual Agent
- Performance Analytics
- Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Design & Implementation of ServiceNow TSM , Order Management, Dispatch Management.
- GitHub Integration
- Have telecom Industry knowledge and Customer Data Models
- Assess and identify customer impact.
- Familiar with SDLC
- Understand Out of box customizations in TSM ServiceNow
- Change Management, Release Management and Service level Management.
- Development of custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Service Catalog & Service Portal implementation, configuration and customization.
- Inventory Management
- modify policy and compliance workflow, mapping citations, authority documents, customizing control attestation flow.
- Rich experience in ServiceNow version upgradation
- Agile and Test Management Implementation
