Role; DMS - iManage Functional Expert

Location : Chicago IL Onsite 

DMS - iManage Functional Expert

Responsibilities

  • Provide in depth functional knowledge to the team, conduct workshops and assess the current environment functionally.
  • Should have profound knowledge or functional component of the following systems on how it works, how it is configured and integrated etc
  • DMS
  • DMS - iManage Preview Server
  • DMS - iManage RAVN Indexer
  • DMS - iManage Work 10
  • DMS - iManage Work for iOS
  • DMS - iManage Work Server
  • DMS - Threat Manager
  • DMS - Threat Manager v10
  • Work and liaise with the technical team to document the understanding and also implementation of the iManage environment and propose a data migration strategy for the same.
  • Providing technical expertise on consulting engagements in all stages including planning, analysis, design, deployment and testing stages of a project with focus on data migration and transformation
  • Running successful data migrations in line with migration design specifications, identifying and addressing data anomalies
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business/Systems Analyst role working specifically with enterprise software products
  • Expert knowledge of the Software Development and/or Product Development life-cycle
  • Sound experience of system logic analysis (less customer facing)
  • Must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization 
  • Experience in requirement management, including requirements  gathering, analysis, and specification document
  • Experience in working with developers to ensure the successful  implementation of requirements
  • Ability to assume intellectual ownership and possess strong attention to  details and commitment to delivering quality product 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and synthesize cross-functional input in a team/collaborative environment 
  • Providing feedback on product usage, features requested at customer sites to our Engineering teams so as to influence future roadmap direction
  • Collaborate with network, infra, operations, product owners, stakeholders consistently, conduct workshops and finalize migration strategy and plan of iManage Work.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in delivery of Enterprise Content Management / Information Governance solutions ideally within legal, professional services, or financial services industries.
  • 5+ years of experience with iManage products & associated technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with iManage products , implementation and new environment setup
  • 5+ years of experience with iManage products to define data strategy, integration activities
  • 5+ years of experience with iManage products and integration with email, exchange and messaging systems
  • 5+ years of experience with iManage products setting up DR, recovery, scalability needs
  • Should have strong view of architectural and design exposure. Should have architecture at least one big project end to end.
