Job ::Senior Business Analyst 
Location :: Wilmington, DE(3 days in office)

Support business and operational teams in translating business strategies into technical processor requirements for internal applications as well as technical builds for Total System (TSYS)
Maintain new product and feature development (pricing, account fees, transaction fees, etc.), new plastic, insert, card carrier or CMA (Card Mailer Agreement) builds as internal development or TSYS technical implementation, promotional programs (value proposition specific to awards, rebates, credits, and build on Internal Awards Applications).
Coordinate and execute solutions across business, technology, operations, and external vendor/partners to deliver on time with high quality
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in credit card banking
5+ years of experience in TSYS (TS2) Build and Design or equivalent industry

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

SQL/SAS experience
Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Computer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point, Teams
Familiar with collaboration tools Confluence, Sharepoint, and Jira
Capable of working effectively in a variable working environment
