Role: Cognos TM1 developer/Analyst

Job Description:
IBM Cognos TM1, Workiva(Added advantage), Cognos BI & SQL
• Extensive hands-on experience Cognos TM1 (Perspective, Performance Modeler & contributor web).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of TI processes, writing complex rules & customize workflow.
• Build Complex TI Process/Chores.
• Build Complex Rules, Build web sheets (Static and Active forms), TM1 contributor web applications.
• Expertise in architecting distributed multi-server Cognos environments including capacity planning, installation and configuration of TM1 10.2.2 & TM1 2.0 software components.
• Strong understanding of various relational database platforms in design and development of ETL processes and relational databases (Oracle is a plus).
• Extensive experience with MS Excel, spreadsheet presentation, and financial modelling.
• Expertise in the design and development of large-scale integrated Enterprise wide Data Warehouse, Cognos TM1, BI solutions.
• Understanding of Data Models, ETL processes a plus.
• Ability to build strong alliance with different business and functional groups.
• Architected multiple enterprise-wide deployed financial BI Reporting and Dashboard solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the remaining suite of Cognos tools is a plus, including Cognos 10 BI – Workspace Advanced, Cognos Insight, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer/Power play, Cognos Connection, Cognos Enterprise Planning.
• Takes direction well but must work independently, Team player, strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communications, presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization on a regular basis.
• IBM Certified Developer.
