Job Title: SAP PLM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Change Management (ECM)
Spearhead Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, ensuring streamlined tracking and reduced cycle times.
Standardize ECR/ECO workflows within SAP to enhance accuracy and efficiency, especially in ETO manufacturing environments.
SAP S/4 HANA & ECC Migration
- Lead SAP S/4 HANA migration efforts, optimizing engineering interfaces, automating workflows, and ensuring alignment with existing processes.
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QM)
- Manage LeverX IPS workflows, integrating PLM processes with Quality Management to handle temporary deviations and improve overall workflow automation.
- Deploy PLMUI to enhance document management and integrate Engineering Records within PLM.
Project Management and Agile Implementation
- Oversee Agile project implementations, including SAP Management of Change (MOC) and SAP-based solutions.
- Engage stakeholders through live demonstrations and presentations to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Business Process and Workflow Optimization
- Conduct business process mapping, evaluate solution options, and provide solution justifications based on labor-saving strategies.
- Implement validation strategies to improve data accuracy and streamline operational processes.
Technical Configuration & Customization
- Customize SAP tools (SAP ECC 6.0, Fiori, BRF+, SAP GUI) for specific operational needs, focusing on areas like material management, production planning, and variant configuration.
- Design BRF+ solutions for material master scenarios, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
